"Paul Landis Parks, 51, passed away suddenly Jan. 16. He was born in East liberty and was a lifetime resident of the area. He worked for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 33 years. He was a member of the Greensburg Lions Club and the Loyal Order of Moose 62. He is survived by son... daughter and son-in-law... son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Debby of Morehead City, N.C.; son, Tracy of Akron; brother, John J. of the Village of Green; sister, June Leedom of Toledo; sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia and Earl Brown of Potomac, Md., Faith and James Helmick of the Village of Green; grandsons... Calling hours will be Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (Route 619), where funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., Pastor Thomas Baumgardner officiating. Interment at East Liberty Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be given to the Greensburg Lions Club, P.O. Box 99, Greensburg 44232."
