IRMO - Services for Laura P. Snyder (Chavis), will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Life Springs Worship Center of Lexington, SC. Burial will follow at Bush River Memorial Gardens, Irmo, SC. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Bush River Road is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Snyder (Chavis) passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, after her battle with pancreatic cancer. Born November 17, 1943 in Mullins, SC, she was a daughter of the late Lehman Mayo and Carrie Lee Norman. Laura was an active member of the Life Springs Worship Center of Lexington, SC.

Survivors are her four children, Wendell L. Wooley (Pam), Bryan W. Wooley (Vickie), Patricia L. Harkins (Steve), and Sharon A. Brown; two brothers, Marvin M. Norman (Margaret) and Dolton W. Norman (Nova); sister, Lenora Harman (Richard); grandchildren, Michael Harkins (Kim), Amy Farlowe (Jason), Selena M. Wooley (Joey), Patrisha I. Lanier (Chris), Beth Anderson (Justin), Christopher Brown (Rachel), Bryan W. Wooley, Jr. (Holly), Matthew Wooley (Kim), Brittany Brown (Dustin), Ashley Crisp (Clay), Crystal Freie (Mike); and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
