Roger Lee Barnett Sr, 72, of Norwalk, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014.

He was born January 22, 1942 in Louisville, KY to the late Cart and Nola (Reed) Barnett. He served in the National Guard and retired from Norwalk Furniture. He enjoyed spending time with family, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his children, Kimberly A. Bosely of Norwalk, Susan L. Heisler of Norwalk, Nicole (Brett) Duncan of Norwalk, Roger Barnett Jr. of Collins; grandchildren, Autumn Heisler of Cincinnati, Logan Bosely, Trevor Heisler, Madison Duncan, Kilee Duncan, all of Norwalk and Avery Barnett of Collins; siblings, Ella Mae (Fred) Sayer, Anna (Lee) Cox, Phillis (Dean) Hales, Russell (Kathy) Barnett, Barb (Tom) Carleton and Leroy Barnett; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Hester Cemetery with military honors.

Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
