Hunter Strickland, age 22, of Perry Georgia, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014.

Mr. Strickland was born August 30, 1991 in Bibb County but had resided in Lumber City most of his life. He was employed with Warner Robins Air Force Base and was a member of the Lumber City Methodist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Lucy and Steve Strickland of Lumber City; sister, Molly Strickland of Lumber City; Maternal Grandmother. Margaret Nell Hulette of Lumber City; Paternal Grandparents, Charles & Mary Alice Strickland of Townsend; Girl Friend, Amanda Stone of Perry; Several Aunts and Uncles also survived.

Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6-8:00pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:00am in the Lumber City Methodist Church with Rev. Glen Hancock officiating.

Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.

Hunter will be placed in the Church one hour prior
