Aunt Janet was born in 1936 to Richard and Marjorie Weig in Pierre, SD and attended school in Rapid City, SD. Janet was united in marriage to Arthur Birch in 1951, and they moved to Grand Rapids, MN. Arthur passed away on September 11, 1955. Janet married Frank Ische on June 7, 1958 and they were together until Frank's passing on January 5, 1985. Janet graduated from Itasca Community College with a L.P.N. degree in 1975 and was employed with Pear Lake Group Home for about 10 years. She later worked for Walmart for 9 years. In 2004, she married Scotty Burt until his passing in 2006. She enjoyed word books and collecting angels.
