Janice Gayle Osborne, age 67, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014. Janice was born Sunday, February 9, 1947 in Jasper, Indiana and is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Herman Osborne.

Janice is survived by her daughter, seven grandchildren.

A celebration of Life will be held 12:00 Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Middle Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery.

Family and friends will gather to remember Janice at a visitation Monday, July 28, 2014 from 11:00 until 8:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 S. Dickerson Rd. Goodlettsville, TN
