Mrs. Mitzi Gail Powell, age 38, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011 in Perdido, AL. She was a native of Atmore, AL. and a resident of Perdido for most of her life. She was an avid cook and seamstress.
Mrs. Powell is survived by her husband, Randy Johnson of Summerdale, AL.; her parents, PeeWee and Ann Powell of Atmore; a son, Casey Wooten of Bratt, FL.; two daughters, Joeci Smith and Anna Smith, both of Jackson, AL. and a sister, Jody Jeter of Foley, AL.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Diane Everette officiating.
Burial followed at Godwin Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Blaine Jeter, R.D. Powell, Kenny Powell, Billy Scott, Nate Scott, and Rod Johnson.
