CHARLES KABAT

RESIDENT OF CO. 58 YEARS PASSES AWAY
Charles Kabat, a resident of Manitowoc county for 68 years, having come here with his parents as a child of one year, died at the home of his son William Kabat at Reedsville yesterday, aged 69 years. Mr. Kabat's parents settled at
Maple Grove where he continued to make his home all his life, being engaged in farming there.

Mr. Kabat is survived by his wife and a family of eleven children, nine sons and two daughters who are Frank, of Greenleaf, Ben of Green Bay; John, Joseph and Leo, of Manitowoc; Victor of Beloit; William, Ignatz and Charles of
Reedsville and Mrs. Matt Falton of Plyouth and Mrs. Albert Novak of Reedsville.

One brother, Joseph Kabat, this city and a sister, Mrs. Kate Kokesky of Eland Jet, also survive.
Funeral services will be held from St. Mary's church at Reedsville, Thursday morning. Mr. Kabat was a member of the Catholic Knights and was well and favorably known.
