Our beautiful angel, Abigail Melodie Anderegg, returned home to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 20, 2014. In the short span of little more than a year, Abby brought so much joy to our family and others around her through her happy spirit, her contagious smile, her laughter, and her enthusiasm for life. She was truly a bright ray of sunshine and a constant source of happiness. How she is loved and missed by her sisters, Sophie and Claire, her brother Benjamin, her parents, and extended family! She is undoubtedly one of the children the Savior meant when he said, "of such is the kingdom of heaven." We look forward with anticipation to the joyous future day when we will embrace her again.

She is survived by her parents, Jesse and Christine Anderegg, her older siblings and best friends Sophie, Ben, and Claire, grandparents Jerry and Cathy Anderegg and Bryan and Melodie Larsen; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at the Kays Creek Stake Center, 2680 E. Cherry Lane, Layton, UT, on Saturday, July 26th, 11:30 a.m. Friends and family may express their condolences to the family before the funeral services, from 10:00 a.m. โ€“ 11:15 a.m. Burial at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 10600 South, Sandy, Utah.

We are most grateful for the love and concern shown by work associates, neighbors, friends, and especially family, as well as the compassionate and professional care of the emergency medical services personnel, and the Primary Childrens' Medical Center emergency department and PICU doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and staff.
