Clara Mae (Herald) Griffith, age 64, of Carlisle, KY and formerly of Breathitt County passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, KY.
She was born July 10, 1950 at Talbert, KY and was the daughter of the late Timothy and Cora (Turner) Herald.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Nancy Turner and Martha Herald.
Six brothers: John Herald, Brack Herald, Clyde Herald, Brack and Ellen Herald, Virgil Herald and Wilburn Herald.
Survivors include: Husband: Troy Griffith of Carlisle, KY.
Two sisters: Polly (Jake) Neace of Campton, KY; Faye Sebastian of Talbert, KY.
One brother: Ray (Myrtle) Herald of Talbert, KY.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 11:00AM at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Jesse Turner and Pat Turner officiating.
Burial in the Bill Combs Cemetery at Talbert, KY.
Visitation will begin on Sunday at 6:00PM. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
