SAUK CITY/LOGANVILLE - Richard C. Holly, age 56, of Sauk City, died Tuesday, April 21, 1992, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born in Columbus on March 22, 1936, the son of Henry and Esther (Kolbe) Holly. Richard worked as a mechanic and was formerly employed at Wisconsin Dairies and McFarlane's. He enjoyed repairing old cars, trucks and tractors. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the Honey Creek Rod & Gun Club. Survivors include Judy Holly of Sauk City; a daughter Sherry; his mother, Esther Holly of Loganville; two brothers, Ralph and Mark; three sisters, Marlene, Kathryn and Marilyn; three granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry, on August 16, 1966. Funeral services will be held at GNEWIKOW-HOOVERSON FUNERAL HOME, Sauk City, at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 1992, with Pastor Eldor Fruehling officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Loganville, on Saturday, April 25. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
