Johnny is preceded in death by two sons, Timmy and Johnny Hardin.
Survivors include: his wife, Diane Hardin; two sons, Terry Hardin; Larry Hardin; three grandchildren, Daniel Hardin, Carrie Hardin, Sarah Gierer; eight great grandchildren, Bailey Hardin, Joshua Hardin, Elliot Strubble, Landon Strubble, Exander Gierer, Kyleigh Gierer, Mason Gierer, and Zane Hardin.
