Grace Minnie Blankenship, 103, of Litchfield, died Mon., July 21, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield. She was born on Jan. 1, 1911, in Irving, IL, a daughter of Walter Edward & Lettie (Barker) Roach. Grace was a member of First Baptist Church in Litchfield where she had participated in Keenagers. She was a homemaker. Over the years, she also cleaned houses for teachers in Hillsboro, and later worked at Jubelt's Bakery & The Gardens Hotel, both in Litchfield. In her leisure time, she enjoyed playing cards and Bingo. She married Estie D. Blankenship on Mar. 30, 1929 in Waukegan, IL. He preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 1985. She is survived by:

Visitation will be held Friday from 5 - 8 p.m. in the funeral home
