Mr. Kincaid, 75, of Shady Spring, W.Va., died on 19 Feb 1974 in the Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital after a short illness. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors included his wife Sadie; son, Johnnie Lee Kincaid; daughter Bessie Kincaid Smith; five sisters, Nellie Kincaid Smith, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Kincaid Stetier, Ocie Kincaid Bennett, Thelma Kincaid Wilburn, and Jocie Kincaid; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held in the Blue Ridge Funeral Home chapel, Beckley, with the Rev. Oliver Tedder officiating. Burial was in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
