Donna May Montgomery, 83, of Sonora, Arkansas, died July 21, 2014 at her home. She was born November 24, 1930 at Huntsville, Arkansas, the daughter of Lee and Kate Owens Wiggins. She was a homemaker and had worked part-time for Trish and Terry Stamps at the TNT Dinner in Sonora, formerly Patrick's for seventeen years. She was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church in Springdale and was the widow of J. D. Montgomery who preceded her in death on November 26, 1994. She was also preceded in death by one son, Doren Lee Montgomery on July 16, 1978.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Gloria Montgomery of Hindsville, Arkansas; one daughter, Kathleen Ann Bowman of Springdale, Arkansas; one grandson, Travis Bowman of Springdale, Arkansas; one stepgrandson, Jeff Houston of Huntsville, Arkansas; one stepgranddaughter, Sherri Warren of Huntsville, Arkansas and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Friday, July 25, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Larry Montgomery officiating. Interment will be in the Alabam Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Jim Owens, Kenneth Owens, Sam Owens, Danny Marshall, Jonathan Marshall and Bryce Marshall. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P. M. to 7:00 P. M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
