Joseph Wayne Howell, 50, of Fredericksburg, died Friday, June 1, 2007.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 5, at 10 a.m. at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints with Branch President Rick Weirich and Speaker Glenn Durst officiating.
Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation was held Monday, June 4, from 5-8 p.m. in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home and Tuesday, June 5, from 9-10 a.m. at the church.
Howell was born July 14, 1956, in Cache County, UT, to Doyle Charles Howell and Naudine Neves Howell. He married Maria Rossi, April 4, 1980, in Salt Lake City, UT and she survives.
He had been a mechanic and machinist in the automotive industry.
In addition to his wife, Howell is survived two daughters and one son, including Natali Kuhlmann and her husband, Arron of Fredericksburg; Joseph Wayne Howell II of Houston, and Maria Eliana Howell of Fredericksburg.
He is also survived by one granddaughter; his father, Doyle Charles Howell of Millville, UT, and the following brothers and sisters and their spouses: Clinton and Dixie Howell, John and Paula Howell and Ruth and Rich Barker, all of Millville, UT; Susan and Eugene Bouchier, Alberta, Canada; Brad and Kristine Howell, Avon, UT; Wendell and Vonie Howell, Modesto, CA, and Melanie and Clinton Conder, Genola, UT.
Preceding Howell in death in addition to his mother, was a granddaughter, Julianna Elise Kuhlmann.
