Don Roy Windsor, 69, Kansas City, MO, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2005, at Liberty Hospital. Don was born December 11, 1935, to Gerald E. and Bernice (Cheshier) Windsor in Orrick, MO. He had lived in the Kansas City area since 1949. He was preceded in death by his father Gerald E. Windsor. He is survived by his mother Bernice Windsor, four sons, and 12 grandchildren. Don was a licensed professional engineer and worked for Kansas City Power & Light before ill health forced his retirement. He was active in the Southern Platte County Athletic Association for many years and was on the board when it was incorporated from the R-5 Baseball League.
