PITTSFIELD, BERKSHIRE Co., MA - Miss Lucy Muriel Barry, ( 82y ) d: December 25, 1989 - of Berkshiretown Apartments died Monday at the Berkshire Hills North Nursing Home in Lee, where she had been a resident since Oct 30. Born Oct 07, 1907, in Lenox, the daughter of James H. and Ella McGrath Barry, she was a 1925 graduate of Lenox High School. She was employed at GE's former power transformer division for 35 years, retiring in 1972. Miss Barry was a communicant of st. Joseph's Church, a member of the GE Mixed Bowling League, the GE Pensioners and Quarter Century clubs and the Moose Lodge Auxiliary, of which she was past senior regent. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Sheila A. Pia of Pittsfield; a sister Mrs. Mary B. McHugh of Pittsfield; and three grandchildren. Bearers was Philip J. and Thomas M. Pia, grandsons; Richard W. Barry, a nephew; and Albert Hubbard and John E. Donna. jar END:
