FREDERICKSBURG - Carl Arthur Houy, 94, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Service is at 10 a.m. Monday, July 20, at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation is 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 19, in Fredericksburg Funeral Home chapel.
Survivors include children Charles A. Houy of Boston, MaryAnne Farley of Hyannis Port, Mass., John D. Houy of Rathdrum, Idaho, and Stephen W. Houy of Littleton, Colo.; and sister Dorothy Eckert of Stonewall.
