John Bandy, 68, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Gallaway Health Center.
He was the son of James and Mary Margaret Bandy. John was employed at International Harvester and the Pink Palace Museum and later an active member of "The Friends of The Pink Palace".
He is survived by Frankie, his wife of 45 years; a son Mark Bandy (Amanda); granddaughter, Courtney and brother, Mike Bandy (Kathy).
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, July 21 and a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22 all at Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
