Costetter Funeral Held Last Friday
Sarah Elizabeth Murphy was born in the state of Ohio on August 25, 1852. She was the daughter of Patrick and Elizabeth Murphy. In September, 1809, Miss Murphy was married to James Costetter. To this union were born eight children, three of whom preceded her in death. Mr. Costetter died at Helena, in May of 1918. Of the five surviving children there are four daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Martin, Supply, Mrs. Pauline Fells, Homedale, Idaho, Mrs. Anna Reed, Kansas City, and Mrs. Maude Couch of Laverne. One son, Joseph Costetter, makes his home at Lost Springs, Kan. Mrs. Costetter died October 17 at the age of 94 years. Services were held in Laverne, Friday and burial was made at a Helena cemetery beside her husband.
