He was born on June 11, 1940 and retired from the Town of Warrenton Department of Public Works after 37 years of service.
Robert loved his western movies, hunting and small farming. He was also known for his big smile and generosity.
Robert is survived by two sisters: Gertrude Marshall of Warrenton, Virginia, Pamela Davis of Brandy Station, Virginia; one son, Marion Mudd, Jr. of Warrenton, Virginia; one grandson, Anthony Javier Starks of Marshall, Virginia, a devoted friend, Myrtle Wright of Warrenton, Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be Saturday, March 22, 2014, 11am, at Joynes Funeral Home, 29 N. Third St., Warrenton, Virginia, 20186.
