JACKSON, Sammy Chadwick, 69, a resident of Millbrook, Alabama died on Saturday, September 29,2012. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012, 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Prattville Memorial with Bishop Goodwin officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing. Mr. Jackson is survived by his wife, Wilda Faye Jackson; Five daughters: Machelle Eyer, Mona Barham, Suzanne Liverett, Stephanie Carrozza and Colleen Cooper; One son, Chad Joseph Jackson; Seven grandchildren: Noel Crouch, Logan Craft, Rebecca Eyer, Megan Jackson, Cody Jackson, Isabelle Carrozza and Nathan Carrozza; One great grandson, Zachary Crouch; One sister, Carol Eaton. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 4, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Prattville Memorial Chapel.
