GUNTOWN - Michelle Denise Gunn McGee died Monday, Jan. 5, 2004, as the result of an automobile accident. She was a member of Red Bud M.B. Church in Egypt, where she was choir director, a member of the drill team and Sunday school secretary. She later joined Trinity CME Church in Guntown, where she was a Sunday school teacher and youth director. She was a 1994 graduate of Okolona High School. She attended Itawamba Community College and graduated from Rust College in Holly Springs. She was an employee of the North Mississippi Behavior Center in Booneville.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Red Bud M.B. Church in Egypt with the Rev. Willie Baker officiating. Burial will be in the Gunn Family Cemetery in Egypt. Agnew and Sons Funeral Home of Verona is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Alfred McGee Jr. of Guntown; a daughter, Alexandria Monique McGee of Guntown; her mother, Delois Gunn of Okolona; her mother-in law, Shirley Fells and husband, Edward, of Shannon; her father-in-law, Alford McGee Sr. and wife, Gloria, of Tupelo; a brother, Alonzo Devin of Aberdeen; a sister-in-law, Sharinda McGee of Guntown.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today and the family hour will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to services.
