Cecil Clarence Carr, Jr., 56, of Moncks Corner, husband of Judy L. (Smith) Carr, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at his residence.

Mr. Carr was born June 15, 1958, in Charleston, SC, a son of Cecil C. Carr, Sr., and Barbara "Bobbi" J. (Bodiford) Carr of Charleston.

He graduated from St. Andrew's High School. He was an avid car race fan and an avid Carolina Gamecock and Atlanta Falcon's fan. He enjoyed watching classic television, fishing, and being on the water. He was a member of Northwoood Church.

He is survived by his wife Judy; three children, Clinton C. Carr (Lorena) of Bonneau, SC, Kristin Carr of Moncks Corner, SC, and Jon Hunter Carr of Moncks Corner, SC; two granddaughters, Kinsey Tweed and Adalyn Carr; a sister, Laura Carr (Andy Beall) of Charleston, SC; a brother-in-law, Billy Smith (Kay) of Summerville, SC; nephews and niece, Travis Smith, Tyler Beall, Connor Beall, Kylie Beall; and his dog, Bandit Carr.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014, in James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville, SC. Funeral Services will be Sunday, July 20, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dorchester Memory Gardens.
