ASBURY, Mary Lee (Morgan), age 84 of Flint, died at home on Sunday, December 6, 2009. Mary was born on November 28, 1925 in Jonesboro, Arkansas the daughter of Arthur and Elizabeth (Adam) Horn. She has been a Flint area resident for many years and married Columbus Lee Asbury in Flint in 1987. Mary retired from General Motors Ternstedt Plant after 30 years of service. She was a member of Local 326 union. Surviving are her husband Columbus ,; sons Jimmie (Gerri) Morgan of Prescott, Mi, Shelby (Barb) Morgan of Flint, daughter, Betty (Bill) Goodrich of Flint and a step-son, James (Linda) Asbury of Virginia. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, a great-great grandson and a sister Dorothy (Charles) Gnade of Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, 4 sisters and a great-grandson. Mary's family gives their special thanks and appreciation to McLaren Hospice for all they did for Mary and family. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation with the family at the funeral home will be Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M.
