Andrew Amann

MECHANICVILLE - Mechanicville native Andrew Amann of 132 S. Second Ave. died Wednesday at Leonard Hospital in Troy after a short illness. He was 61.

Born and raised in Mechanicville, he was the son of the late Andrew R. and Mabel Dalton Amann. He was a communicant of St. Paul - Assumption Church in Mechanicville.

Survivors, all of Mechanicville, are his stepmother, Rena Amann; one sister, Rosella; and one brother, Walter.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Mr. Amann's home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Assumption - St. Paul Church on William Street in Mechanicville. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Mechanicville. Friends may call Friday afternoon and evening at the family's home.

Contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association.

Arrangements are by the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home of Clifton Park.
