Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Evelyn Green, age 69, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Bethsaida Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Gregg Soles will officiate.
Mrs. Green was born October 4, 1944 in Dublin, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Albert & O'Rita Toole Smith, a brother, Wilbur Smith and 4 sisters, Lois Dubois, Shirley Killingsworth, Linda Culver and Gwen Smith. She was retired from Rockwell Automation and was a member of Christ Chapel. Mrs. Green passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, July 18, 2014 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions, in memory of Mrs. Green, be made to Christ Chapel, P.O. Box 307, Dublin, Georgia 31040
