FERGUSON, Jimmy Erwin Ferguson, Jr., the beloved son of Joyce and Jimmy Ferguson, Sr. passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2008. Jim is survived by his parents; his son, Jimmy Erwin Ferguson, III; five sisters, Vickie Lynn, Terry Ann and husband Dan, Carolyn Diane, Becky Joyce, Susan Elaine; one brother, George Dewey and wife Mary Virginia as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends. Jim loved life and his family and will be truly missed. We thank the Lord for the times that we shared with Jim. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 from six until eight o'clock at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, 2968 East Point Street, East Point, Georgia 30344. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at One o'clock in First Baptist Church Chapel, 2813 East Point Street, East Point, Georgia 30344. Interment will follow in College Park Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers will be his son, Jimmy, nephews, Joey, Matt, Steve, John, Alex, Sam and Jordan.
