Aged Lady Dies at Home of Daughter
Mrs. Mary A. Smith, mother of Mrs. George Sanderson, died at the home of her daughter, Monday evening. Mrs. Smith was 85 years of age and has been in feeble health for a number of years. She came to Havre with her daughter about 25 years ago, and during the years of her long residence in Havre endeared herself to a large circle of friends. She was a devout member of the Catholic church and the funeral occurred from the church Wednesday morning.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. George Sanderson, she leaves Mrs. W.B. Pyper, Mrs. J.S. Almas and John Sanderson, grandchildren; and three great grandchildren, all residing in this city.
Cause of death: La grippe
