Mrs. Jennie Mosher Ward, wife of William J. Ward, died Friday morning at her home, 6525 Hamilton avenue. She was 85 years old. Mrs. Ward had been a resident of Chicago for nearly fifty years, and had a great many friends among the old settlers. Her first husband, the late Capt. Silas Mosher, sailed the great lakes for forty-seven years.
Five children survive; H. A. Mosher, H.S. Mosher, Mrs. Jennie Foegele, Mrs. Emma Weichlein of Oregon, and Mrs. Jed H. Hunt. Funeral at 2 o'clock Monday from 6525 Hamilton avenue to Rosehill cemetery.
