Sarah Snead Weston, 92, of Henrico, Virginia, formerly of Chase City, passed away on July 13, 2014. She was born on July 29, 1921 in Clover, VA to the late Carl Snead and Sallie Throckmorton Snead. She is survived by her son, Ernest Wilson "Ernie" Weston, Jr. and his wife Lynda of Richmond and two grandchildren, Sarah Delaney Weston and Thomas Reid Weston. She is also survived by one sister, Mary Parks of Scottsburg; one sister-in-law, Janet Snead of Richmond; her dear nieces and nephews; and many devoted friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Ernest Wilson "Dick" Weston, Sr. and two brothers, Rawleigh Snead and George Snead. Sarah and Dick owned and operated Dick's Steakhouse in Chase City for 48 years. Mrs. Weston is a member of First Baptist Church and the Elizabeth Hale Circle.
