Mr. Howard W. Davis, Jr. of Palmetto passed away July 14, 2014. He was a truck driver at Fairburn Ready Mix for 37 years. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Edna Davis of Palmetto; sons, Ken Davis of Palmetto; Michael Davis of Palmetto; Harold Davis and his wife Shelley of Williamson; Jerry Davis and his wife Mindy of Palmetto; 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 3 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Todd officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory, 770-964-4800.
