Virginia "Ginny" Belle Anderson
May 1, 1943 ~ July 14, 2014
Virginia "Ginny" Belle Anderson, 71, left us to join her beloved Dallas on July 14, 2014.
Ginny was born on May 1st in Memphis, Tennessee. She attended Memphis State and then BYU. She married the late Dallas Anderson on January 6, 1964 in the Salt Lake City, Utah LDS Temple.
Ginny was a committed and active member of her ward. She loved playing the organ and her piano; visiting her sisters, sewing and quilting, and spending time around her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Reed Anderson (Wendy); daughter, Holly Vander Woude (Jeremy); sisters, Phyllis Green and Sara Pierce of Huntsville Alabama; and her brother, Bobby Cox of Shorter Alabama. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Ginny was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. We rejoice in her reunion with Dallas, but will greatly miss her presence with us.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Millcreek Ward LDS Chapel, located at 3700 S. Maple Grove Road, Boise. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services. Burial will follow the services at Dry Creek Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Relyea Funeral Chapel.
