Graveside services for Mary Ann McCullars Curry, 81, of Tyler, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2014, in Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Sherman Mayfield officiating under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
Mrs. Curry passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014, in Tyler.
She was born on July 13, 1933, in Tyler to the late John A. and Cleo Hall McCullars. She was a member of Noonday Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, David Curry, of Tyler; sister, Johnnie Fae Conine and husband Jim, of Bullard; sisters-in-law, Mima Leah Curry, Rachel Wood and Nita Curry, all of Lindale, and Sue Ann McCullars, of Bullard; special friends, the Millers, Delbert, Janet and Diann; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by his husband, Guy Curry; sister, Susie Flynt; and brother, Jimmy McCullars.
Honorary pallbearers are Delbert Miller, Jack Terry, Ronnie Hudson, Gene Barrett, Gary Curry and Jim Conine.
The family wishes to offer a special thanks to the nurses at Hospice of East Texas who so lovingly cared for Mary Ann in these final days.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Hospice of East Texas Foundation, 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, 75701.
