Robert Ross Nesbit (1835-1878) was son of James Ross Nesbit (1805-1884) and his wife Mary Torrentine (1810-1847). Robert Ross Nesbit married Ann J. Kerr (1838-1910) 28 September 1861. Per US Census Records (1870) he was a farmer.
