Angela P. Lee Russell, 91, formerly of Chestnut Street, North Syracuse, passed away on Saturday. Born in Queens, NY, she graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in 1940. Mrs. Russell was a secretary for and retired in 1987 from the National Guard. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church and a member of Bishop Curley Council 3717 Columbiettes. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Constance, in 1971 and by six siblings. Surviving are her children, Karen Henderson, Thomas (Eileen) Russell and Stanley Russell; a sister, Bess Edison; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday, July 16 at 9:30 a.m. at Fergerson Funeral Home with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours will be Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 215 South Main Street, North Syracuse with Columbiette Prayers at 6:30 p.m. Donations may be made to St. Rose of Lima Church, 409 South Main Street, North Syracuse 13212.
