Born December 28, 1968 in Quincy, Kerry was the daughter of Eldon E. and Bonnie J. Schafer Hibbard. She was previously married to Elmer Roy Walker on June 23, 1989 in Hannibal, Missouri.
Kerry was 1987 graduate of West Pike High School and a 1989 graduate of Robert Morris College. She loved to read especially, Stephen King books and doing cross stitching.
She was employed as a secretary/receptionist for UPS in St. Louis and also at Gem City Accounting Service.
Survivors include her parents Eldon and Bonnie Hibbard, one son Gage Walker, a broher Dwight Hibbard, one niece Sydney Hibbard all of Quincy; one nephew Derek Hibbard of St. Louis, MO and paternal grandfather Harold Hibbard of Quincy.
Kerry was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Phyllis Hibbard and maternal grandparents Curtis and Fern Schafer.
Private family graveside services will be held Friday morning at Bluff Hall Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 in the Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home in Quincy.
Memorials may be made to the Gage Walker Education Fund or to Bluff Hall Cemetery.
