I believe the date was read wrong on the above. She and her husband Richard S. Foster are listed on the 1880 census, with their two youngest children. George and William Richard Foster. So she deceased after the 1880 census. There is a stone in the Foster cemetery that reads Sallie A. wife of R. S. Foster born Oct. 12 1831 and died January 2, 18....looks like 63 but believe it to be 1883. The stones were very hard to read.

His son Richard Singleton Foster, b. 1829, d. 5 Nov 1911, may be buried in this cemetery as well, but his burial to date is unknown.
