Phillip David Baldwin, age 60 of Pulaski passed away Monday, February 16, 2009 at his home.
Born June 19, 1948 in Richlands, Virginia, he was the son of the late John Arch Baldwin, Sr. & Annie Sue Conley Baldwin. Three brothers; John Arch Baldwin, Jr. and his wife Kay, Paul Baldwin, Freddie Baldwin, and two sisters; Betty Baldwin and Wilma Baldwin Holbrook also preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
