He worked as a farmer. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Evelyn; a son, Robert, Lawrence; a daughter, Rheta A. Barnes, Palm Harbor; a sister, Frances Tyler, Lawrence; five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Lakeview Chapel Funeral Home/Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater.
