CAPPS, BARBARA ANN MACKEY - age 77, entered the gates of heaven on July 11, 2014, after her courageous battle with breast cancer. Barbara was a dedicated store manager for over 45 years. She is preceded in death by father, Frank Mackey; and brother, Joe Mitchell.

Survived by mother, Lenoir Cardwell; husband, Ray Capps; daughters, Debra Wade, Kathy Southers and Roy; sister, Rita Everett; grandchildren, Kevin Hicks and Stephanie, Allen Grady and Heather, Kerrie Moody and Matt, Kristin Williams and Cory; great grandchildren, Kaylen Hicks, Ericka Moody, Jake, Madi, Rylee and Reese Grady; many special relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Gharavi and staff at TN Specialist, Tennova North, and Tennova Hospice in Halls for their tender care.

Service will be 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, Rev. David Nicely officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel and proceed to Copper Ridge Cemetery next to New Beginnings Baptist Church for 11:00 a.m. interment. Pallbearers: Kevin Hicks, Allen Grady, Steve Everett, Shane Everett, Matt Moody, and Cory Williams.
