He passed away at his home with his wife and his dog Saddie Lou, at his side. Larry was born in Fleming, Ky., to Edgar and Jesse Stout.
He lived in Dorton, Ky., when they moved to North Manchester, Ind. There he attended grade school graduating with the class of 1960 from Central High School.
He Married Susan Zollinger. They had three sons, Michael (Denise) and his two daughters, Allie and Krystin; Christian (Misty) and their four children, Mason, Faith, Grace and Caleb; and Pete (Shelly) and their three children, Madeline, Olivia and Will. In August 1989, he married Charlene "Char" Erickson and added two more children to the family: Sean (Sandy) Doggett and their two sons, Hayden and Rece; Staci (Wylie) McIntosh and their two daughters, Olivia and Rachel; and his daughter from another mother, Ida (Kelly) Harvey and their four children, Vanessa, Naomi, Edwin and Cathy.
Larry and family moved to Danville to work for TeePak. Also was in home improvements until his retirement in 2003. After retirement, he accepted a part-time position with Honeywell in Danville as a security guard. He held that position until his illness in 2012. One of his joys was his home and gardens.
Larry had a kind soul and always had a joke or story to tell. His cousin, Dr. Randy Anderson, also, his sister-in-law Sandy McDougal.
