WHEELERSBURG - KAY MARIE COLLINS, 62, of Wheelersburg, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014, at home.

She was born April 22, 1952, in O'Neil, Nebraska, a daughter of the late George and Viola DeLong Herold.

Survivors include her husband, Logan R. Collins, whom she married June 6, 1970, in West Hamlin, West Virginia; one son, Logan J. Collins (Danielle), of Fairview Park, Ohio; two daughters, Viola Lewis (Bruce), of Elyria, Ohio; Amanda Papp (Tony), of Avon, Ohio; two grandchildren, Aubrey Collins and Steven Papp; two brothers, Leo Herold, of Luther, Iowa and Charles Herold, of Humble, Texas; three sisters, Anna Mae Stamp, of Inman, Nebraska; Georgia Hike, of Bellevue, Nebraska; Rosemary Smith, of Branchland, West Virginia.

She was also preceded in death by three nieces, Christine Hike, Ashley Collins and Tammy Smith-Lucas.

Services will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Wheelersburg Baptist Church, with Pastor Bradley Brandt officiating, with graveside services 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 14 at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Barboursville, West Virginia.

Friends may call at the church Sunday from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
