Obituary Condolences
COOPER, Cynthia Cynthia Louise Ackerman Cooper, age 60, of Stone Mountain, GA passed away on Feb. 11, 2014 following a long illness. A native of Fulton, NY, Cindy attended Duke University in Durham, NC, before making her home in the metro Atlanta area, where she worked for the Internal Revenue Service for many years. Cindy's hobbies included traveling, cooking, and crafts, and she enjoyed spending time with her nieces, and nephews, and her favorite cat, Willow. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Frank Cooper, three sisters, Ann Avery and Susan Roberts, of Newton, Mass, and Holly Ackerman, of Durham NC, niece Sonya Stinson of Sacramento, CA, nephews Lawrence Stinson and Trevor Veator of Warner Robins, GA, and Andrew Mackinnon of Newton, Mass. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 8th at Ritz Carlton Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. West Georgia Crematory in care of arrangements.
