Survivors include a son, Rick Genton of Norwood, OH, stepson, Herman Genton of OH, stepdaughters: Wanda Thompson of Crab Orchard, KY, Lucille Benge of Crab Orchard, KY, Jewell Brown of Crab Orchard, KY. Also survived by 3 grandchildren, 15 step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Amie Genton, sons: Oscar, and Robin Genton, a sister, Mayetta Brown, and a brother, Clarence Simpson, a step-daughter, Irene Simpson.
Place of service is McKnight Funeral Home Chapel, Crab Orchard, KY. Officiating services, Anthony Genton. Burial will take place on Friday at Mt. Zion Church of Christ Cemetery, Crab Orchard, KY. Visitation: 12 noon to 2:00 PM, prior to the funeral services on Friday.
