A former Wellington man, Raymond John Key, 83, died at his home in Dumas Monday, August 22.
Mr. Key, the son of Richard and Mary Thompson Key, was born in Celina, Tennessee July 22, 1900.
He lived in Wellington for a number of years, coming here from Rocky Ford, then moved to Dumas a year ago. He was retired from the Co-op Onion Shed as a grader in Rocky Ford, Colorado.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Helen Key of Dumas; two sons, Charles Clyde Key of Dumas and Edward Paul Key of Amarillo; two daughters, Ruby Edwards of Shamrock and Louise Wren of Amarillo; 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
