Born on Sunday, October 26, 1930, in Texas, she was the daughter of the late William Glen Mitchell formerly of Claypool, Gila, Arizona and Lorena Lavert (Duniphin) of Commanche, Stephens County, Oklahoma.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, John Bruno Marchini, son of the late Americo Marchini formerly of Fresno, CA and the late Assuntina (Pasciuti) formerly of Fresno, CA.
Nellie Jean is survived by two children, Jimmy Dale and his wife Gwanda Gaylene (Smith) of Fresno, CA, and Deborah Lynn Martirosyan and her husband Harutyun Arthur Martirosyan of Fresno, CA; five half siblings, Reba Sue (Pittman) Johnson and her husband Royle Johnson of Fresno, CA, Judy Carol (Pittman) Serpilio and her husband Michael Louis Serpilio of Fresno, CA, Freda Kay (Pittman) Lemon and her husband Ray James Ipo Lemon of Madera, Madera County, Calfornia, Jack Mitchell, and Bob Mitchell; six grandchildren, Erik Bruno and his wife Karen (Leal-Graf) of Heidelberg, Germany, Gilbert Greco Rossetti and his wife Norma Alyssa (Munguia) of Fresno, CA, Venetia Nicole of Fresno, CA, Brigida Alyse of Fresno, CA, Roman Milo Rossetti of Fresno, CA, and Nika Shardovan Martirosyan of Fresno, CA.
