EMILY Z. LENSMEYER

Mrs. Emily Z. Lensmeyer, 95, formerly of 2000 Clark St., Manitowoc, died Thursday, June 28, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home, and 11 a.m at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be concelebrated by Rev. Roy J. Geenen and Rev. Harold Berryman. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Reedsville.

Mrs. Lensmeyer was born October 7, 1889, in the Town of Franklin, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Boehm Zahorik. Mrs. Lensmeyer was educated in the Town of Franklin School and graduated from Oshkosh Normal School.

She married Michael Lensmeyer on October 18, 1920, at Francis Creek. He preceded her in death December 4, 1957. Mrs. Lensmeyer taught in the Town of Franklin for
many years and had been a deputy Register of Deeds. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc, and an original member of the Christian Mothers Altar
Society of St. Mary Church, Reedsville.

Survivors include three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Daniel Zahorik of West Allis, Edward and Viola Zahorik of Cato and Arthur and Florence Zahorik of Milwaukee; two sisters, Catherine J. Zahorik of Wauwatosa and Loretta Zahorik of Highland Park, Illinois; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ida Zahorik of Whitelaw, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Joseph M., Harry, and Louis.

Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday until the time of services. Prayer service 7:30 Sunday evening by Rev. Roy J. Geenen.
