Rosary will be 6 p.m. at Edwards Chapel on Thursday. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Church of Immaculate Conception under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Judy was born in Fort Smith to John and Olivia Udouj on May 4, 1941. She attended High School at Saint Ann's Academy in Fort Smith and received her physical therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma. She worked for Weldon Williams and Lick Inc. in Fort Smith.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Maxwell of Dallas, and her parents, Olivia and John Udouj.
Judy is survived by her daughters, Kimberley Erwin, Kathleen Mackey and Courtney Pepper; sons-in-law, James Erwin, Steven Mackey and Jimmy Pepper; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Lidstrom, Samantha Pflugradt, Eric Erwin, Colin Huffaker, Sean Huffaker, Jordan Pepper and Alyssa Pepper; as well as five great-grandkids.
Judy is also survived by her brothers, Richard Udouj and Michael Udouj, and sister, Sheri.
